What seems to be a normal afternoon tea becomes a wild time of music, magic and acrobatics due to the magic elixir.

Unknown to our not so innocent participants, their seemingly simple tea has been enchanted with an elixir, courtesy of the Two Enchantresses.  They know trouble when they see it, and this magic elixir could bring out the madness or one's effervescent energy within.
